A couple of weeks ago, I told you about my new experience with Costco’s 4x Pro-B for digestive care.
Well, I wanted to see if it was really making a difference or, if I was just thinking it was. So I stopped taking them for about a week. I will say that I still haven’t had any gallbladder attacks, however I have noticed a difference in my bowel movements, and gas.
I honestly think that pregnancy, especially after three pregnancies really messes with your body.
When I started taking the 4x Pro-B, my bowels, which have been not the same since I had Athena back in December, actually started to be normal again, in just a few days. It worked that quickly for me.
When I stopped taking them for that week, I did start to notice a difference again, and my bowels become irregular once again. Now, I don’t want to go into detail with you, but let’s just say very uncomfortable. One thing I also noticed, since taking the 4x Pro-B is an increase in gas. Yes, my poor family. I honestly think though, that your diet has a lot to do with it.
Some changes I have made in the past few months, are cooking more “home” cooked meals, using recipes I find on Pinterest. No more pre-made or pre-packaged dinners for us. Except for the occasional pizza night. Choosing fruits and vegetables over junk food, and making sure I eat a good breakfast every morning.
Also, we are playing on the Kinect more, and I’m very much looking forward to Spring time, so we can take walks to the park. I just recently added an app on my phone that tracks calories and exercise, which is really helping as well.
I still need to work on more water intake and going to bed earlier. It’s hard, but definitely needed.
I’m so happy to have found a 4x Probiotic supplement, and look forward to seeing continued results, the longer I take them
