Twinkie Pops for Valentine’s Day

So you have heard of cake pops or even cookie pops, but have you heard of a Twinkies Pop?

I found these on Pinterest and thought, “Amazing!” I have to try and make them myself.

First you need, a box of Twinkies, lollipop sticks, melting chocolate, and sprinkles.

Start by melting the white chocolate. Dip the lollipop stick about an inch into the melted white chocolate, then stick half way into the Twinkie. Place them on a pan covered with wax paper. After you have put the sticks in all of them, place the pan in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. This gives them time to set, plus it helps keep the Twinkies together for dipping.

While they are in the freezer, melt both the red chocolate and pink chocolate in separate bowls.

Dip each Twinkie into the melted white chocolate, then back onto the pan they go. Using a fork dipped in the red chocolate, then pink chocolate, I decorated each Twinkie. Valentine sprinkles on top and they were perfect!

You could change the chocolate colors and do this for Halloween, Christmas, or even birthday parties!
