One of the few things I was interested in this year for my daughter was from Leap Frog. So, when I was asked to host a Leap Frog “Learn, Create, Share!” party I was thrilled! Not only will this give me a chance to check out these products, but I could see how my daughter and our friends like them too.

In our party pack, we received:

The kids had a great time learning how to use both the LeapPad Explorer and the Tag Reading system.

The LeapPad Explorer, is pretty much a child’s version of a tablet. You personalize it with games, videos, books, and activities. Plus, it also has a built-in camera that they can use to not only take photos, but take videos too. This is probably the feature my daughter loves the most.

Check out this little video of my daughter taken with the LeapPad -

Our LeapPad also came loaded with PetPad, where you learn to draw letters while teaching your pet tricks, Art Studio, which they use to create their own masterpieces, and Story Studio which includes all of their artwork, photos, writing, and recordings into their own story book, that you can share with friends or family by email or on Facebook. The LeapPad just has tons of possibilities for kids, it’s literally never ending fun!

What I especially love about that LeapPad, is that we can take it anywhere with us. Not to mention, she has dropped it twice already and it still works, definitely kid friendly!

The Tag Reading System, is the perfect tool to teach kids listening, reading, vocabulary, and book basics. It brings books to life by using a wireless hand-held pen design that recognizes letters, words, and symbols to make words talk and pictures sing. Or as the kiddo calls it “magic”.

Each Tag pen can hold audio for up to 10 titles at a time from any of the 40+ books and games in the Leap Frog library. Simply connect the Tag Reader to your computer, download the audio for your Tag books and drag-and-drop up to 10 of your child’s favorite stories and games onto your Tag Reader.

You can purchase any of these products at Leapfrog.com, Target, Kmart, Toys R US, Walmart, Amazon.com, or Best Buy!

Disclosure: I want to thank Mom Select and Leap Frog for providing me with products mentioned above. No other compensation was received, and my opinions are completely my own. Full Disclosure here.
